HOARDING

Sometimes people find themselves overwhelmed by life.  Before they know it, items have piled up, and a person may literally find himself buried in treasures.  This can create an unhealthy environment by providing a breeding ground for vermin and germs.  Hoarding and its aftermath can also cause structural damage to your home.  Raven Recovery can help sort through the problem.  Animal waste, in particular, is a biohazard, and Raven Recovery is equipped to come in and clean homes that have been damaged by animal hoarding, or simply by indoor pets.

FINANCIAL

In most cases, home owner’s insurance covers the cost of cleaning a trauma scene.  In fact, insurance companies prefer that the clean up be undertaken by professionals in the field of biohazard clean up.  Your first step, then, is to contact your insurance company and report the damage.  We will work directly with the insurance company to make sure your home or business is up to code.  We will provide an itemized list upon completion of the cleanup directly to the insurance company, and send you, the home owner, a copy, as well.
